We are using Royal Mail first class for almost all our deliveries, which delivers 97% next day, or if not the day after. Please make sure you enter the full correct address. If the address is incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if they haven't arrived?
If your brownies have not arrived three days after dispatch, please contact us at email@example.com and we will track your parcel.
Do you post internationally?
We are currently not posting internationally due to the pandemic.
Will the recipient need to be in?
Not if you have ordered a single box of brownies - as these go through most letterboxes. If you have ordered multiple boxes to the same address we will likely pack them together and they won’t go through the letterbox. This means you will need to be in unless there is a safe place for them to be left. Royal Mail will generally leave them with a neighbour and leave you with a card.
Do you offer local delivery?
No, but you will be able to collect from our bakery in Exeter once we are open in July 2021.
